Law Chee Wan is a Senior Consultant, Technical with Trend Micro Malaysia. He has more than 18 years of experience in IT, as an IT Solution Architect and Project Management; with diverse experience in IT Infrastructure implementation and data centre operations. He has in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Security Threat and Data Protection, IT service management and IT resource management, and has served customers from various industries ranging from oil & gas, banking, insurance, education, government, and telecommunications.
Chin Fang Fang is a Senior Technical Consultant with Trend Micro. She has extensive experiences in IT Security Analysis and Consultancy with great experience on customer service. Her job’s role involved in Security Design, Hands-on Proof of concept and managing pilots & prototypes. She is also responsible for response in writing to customer request for Information (RFI) and Proposal documents.
John Kuan is Senior System Engineer (Presales) at VMware Malaysia. He has spent more than 10 years in the design and architecting of IT solutions, including data center automation and optimization, server virtualization and consolidation, and Microsoft infrastructure (notably in Active Directory and Exchange messaging platform). John's previous roles were Presales Consultant at Hewlett-Packard, where he specialized in aligning IT infrastructure solutions to business needs. His skills and knowledge have been built in Directory Services, Messaging and Collaboration system, System Management and Automation, Server Consolidation and Virtualization, Datacenter automation and optimization. John holds a BSc. (Hons) Degree in Computer Information System from University of Lincolnshire and Humberside.
Ian is currently the Product Marketing Manager for APAC region in Trend Micro where he is responsible for the thought leadership and strategy of its Enterprise Security solution. He holds an ITIL certification and he is a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Systems graduate from Lincoln University (UK). Prior to working in Trend Micro, he was actively involved in Storage and Cloud projects in HP Malaysia.
Lip Guan is an Executive Director leading Information Security within the Technology Consulting practice in Malaysia, and has in excess of 11 years of IT experience.
He has been an active member of the Malaysian Cyber-Security industry , and was one of the first of 6 CISSP qualified individuals in Malaysia, along with key founding members of MyCERT / NISER / Cyber Security Malaysia.
He is a nationally and internationally recognized figure who serves as an industry consultant on Information security risk management and technology related matters.
He has, on multiple occasions, worked with national agencies on national security related issues and is a speaker at regional and international conferences, seminars and symposiums. Selected Experience
Mr Teh brings with him deep industry knowledge of IT Security Operations across the South-East-Asian region in the Banking arena, particularly from the perspective of a nominated member organisation of Malaysia’s Critical National Internet Infrastructure. He brings his knowledge of the processes involved such as nominated parties for escalations, annual drills and results analysis, formulation of drill scenarios.
He has served as sole Project Director for the ISMS certification of the largest Malaysian Mobile Telecommunications provider, as a mandate of the Malaysian Cabinet – in the scope of voice calls supporting 14 million subscribers in the event of a national crisis. The assignment involved assessing and understanding the organization's policies, procedures, existing security infrastructure and business practices against the ISO 27001 standard. This included a review of the client’s data protection policies and their execution in readiness for expected legislation. Anwer graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida and did post graduate studies at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in the area of artificial intelligence in aircraft design. He has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the Malaysian ICT industry, and his skill-sets encompass Supply Chain Management, Business Process Re-engineering, and in the last 5 years in the area of information security.
He is currently the Head of Innovation and Commercialization at CyberSecurity Malaysia and passionately believes that the cornerstone of cyberspace security strategy is and will remain a public-private partnership and only by acting together can we build a more secure future in cyberspace.
Douglas Siew is Assistant General Manager of Hitachi Sunway Information Systems. He is currently leading the solution architects team, as well as the managed services & services delivery team who provide IT solutions, consultation, deployment and support to business customers. He manages operations of both teams to serve customers from various industries within the ASEAN region. He's experience in the IT Managed Services sector include financial services, government and manufacturing.
Douglas brings together both commercial and technical expertise supporting clients by providing insights through the team’s hands-on experience. Douglas brings with him almost 2 decades of experience in the IT industry. He has since been involved with various technologies including IBM AIX platform, network and infrastructure and management as well as infrastructure solutions including VMware, NetApp, Microsoft, Trend Micro, Symantec, Commvault and Citrix.

He is graduated from the University of Manchester, United KIngdom; with BSc. (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics, Masters in Quantum Physics and Masters in Philosophy.
CP Sin has more than 25 years of experience in IT Management and Operations, Electronics Circuit Design, Audio Visual (AV) Techniques, Software Development, Microelectronics Control Systems and Artificial Intelligence.
He has a vast working experience in major MNCs such as Plessey, HP, Siemens, Infineon, and other consultancy firms. Throughout his profesional career, CP Sin has worked with myriad of multi-cultural teams. His co-workers have hailed from the USA, Britain, Holland, Sweden and Germany to Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, China and Southeast Asia Region.
Victor Lo is an experienced professional more than (10) years of information security and risk consulting experience in both enterprise security solutions and threat management services. Over the years, he has served in multiple positions, where he has supported corporate customers and partners from the Asia South countries such as India, Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Currently, Victor is based in Trend Micro South East Asia Unit as Senior Consulting Manager. He plays a vital role in architecting Trend Micro’s South East Asia market strategy which has been designed to provide customers with worry-free and enterprise security solutions.
Mr Low is an experienced cyber security professional and a frequent speaker in the Asia Pacific region. He is the Executive Director of CLOUDSEC (www.cloudsec.com), the leading internet security conferences in Asia Pacific, which he has established in 2011. These events are vendor-neutral and feature presentations by global and regional industry experts. Ken is also the founding chair of the Asia Pacific Executive Council of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) where he represents the interests of CSA’s corporate sponsors and individual members and serves as its ambassador to promote greater awareness of CSA and its industry initiatives in this region.
His presentations and articles on cyber security have been featured by The Australian, Bloomberg TV, BusinessWeek, The Business Times, CCTV, CIO Australia, CNET USA, CIO Asia, Hong Kong Economic Times, MediaCorp Radio, SC Magazine and ZDNet Asia. Prior to CLOUDSEC, he has held regional leadership roles at security firms in Australia and Singapore such as Trend Micro, RSA Security (EMC), VeriSign, TippingPoint (HP/3Com) and Sensecurity. He holds the CISSP and GSLC certifications from (ISC)2 and The SANS Institute respectively and he was also a former GIAC advisory board member of the SANS Institute. Mr William Ho possesses 25 years of ICT experience and exposure in the areas of Cloud Computing, Systems & IT infrastructure architecture, Information Security, Storage & Data, Networking, audit, IT Disaster Recovery Planning and Business Continuity Management.
Professionally, William was the Inaugural Chairman of Certification Committee- Business Continuity Management Institute (2007-2013) and Former Chairman of Cloud Security Alliance, Singapore Chapter (2011), Founder and President of the Association Storage Networking Professionals US (2004 to 2007 for Singapore, Malaysia and China chapters) and Founder of the Storage Networking User Group for Singapore Chapter (2007 to 2010).
Currently, he is nominated to the Executive Committee on the Indonesia CIO’s Network (ICION) and Business Process Management Expert Indonesia. He is also the appointed Senior Adviser to China’s Business Continuity Management committee (CBCM) a subgroup of China IT professional committee. He was the deputy Project Manager partnering DRIAsia to develop the (Technical Reference) TR19 for Business Continuity Management in Singapore, which in 2008 became SS504 – Business Continuity Management Singapore Standard.
