With more than 10 years of experience as an IT profession and Masters Degree of Engineering in Computer Engineering of King Mongkut University of Technology Thonburi, he has a broad systems and network engineering skill set. His roles over the years have ranged from network design and consultant all the way up to supervise business partner on advance network solution deployment. He is currently working as Senior Network Consultant for HP Networking in Thailand, supervising Network Consultant team and providing specialized networking support to HP Networking Business Unit and HP Networking Partners. This includes pre-sale solution design and technical training. Solutions include enterprise and carrier Ethernet and wireless, voice and video, and routing and security. He is a part of success of many key HP Networking project such as, TOT Bangkok Government Complex, Changwatana Rd., Symphony and Siam Paragon Multi-Tenancy 3G Data Offload by WIFI Solution, Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT): Nationwide MPLS Network, Krung Thai Bank: Nation wide branch router and Port Authority of Thailand (PAT) ect.
Mr Low is an experienced cyber security professional and a frequent speaker in the Asia Pacific region. He is the Executive Director of CLOUDSEC (www.cloudsec.com), the leading internet security conferences in Asia Pacific, which he has established in 2011. These events are vendor-neutral and feature presentations by global and regional industry experts. Ken is also the founding chair of the Asia Pacific Executive Council of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) where he represents the interests of CSA’s corporate sponsors and individual members and serves as its ambassador to promote greater awareness of CSA and its industry initiatives in this region.
His presentations and articles on cyber security have been featured by The Australian, Bloomberg TV, BusinessWeek, The Business Times, CCTV, CIO Australia, CNET USA, CIO Asia, Hong Kong Economic Times, MediaCorp Radio, SC Magazine and ZDNet Asia. Prior to CLOUDSEC, he has held regional leadership roles at security firms in Australia and Singapore such as Trend Micro, RSA Security (EMC), VeriSign, TippingPoint (HP/3Com) and Sensecurity. He holds the CISSP and GSLC certifications from (ISC)2 and The SANS Institute respectively and he was also a former GIAC advisory board member of the SANS Institute. His education includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (Australia), a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and a Postgraduate Diploma of Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (U.K.).
Pieter Danhieux is a certified instructor for the SANS Institute, teaching military, government, and private organizations offensive techniques on how to target and assess organizations, systems, and individuals for security weaknesses. He is also one of the founders of the security and hacking conference BRUCON in Belgium, where he has designed and run cyber-intrusion exercises (The Hex Factor) across Europe since 2009 together with a group of talented people.
Pieter has more than 10 years of experience in the cyber security space. He was one of the youngest persons ever in Belgium to obtain the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification. He then obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and the GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst program (GCFA) and is currently one of the select few people worldwide to hold the GIAC Security Expert (GSE) certification.
He currently works at BAE Systems Detica, an information intelligence company. Before that, Pieter worked for seven years at Ernst & Young in Europe and Oceania as one of their information security experts running a team of attack and penetration resources operating in the financial industry and telecommunication space.
David leads the enterprise solutions business for Trend Micro in Asia Pacific, providing high-level security counsel for organizations looking to adopt next-generation of Data Center.
David is also an enthusiastic speaker & presenter, an expert in current security landscape. He shares his view with enterprises on security challenges that exist today; current events of high profile breaches, and the advancement of social threats in today’s connected community. He has also been interviewed & featured in international media on these topics.
In the past, David has also led the region’s biggest and most critical datacenter security projects and successfully serviced some of the region’s largest corporations.
Prior to his role at Trend Micro, David was a Security Technical Lead at Shell Group. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing and IT from Staffordshire University.
As the Senior Director of Enterprise Security in APAC, Richard Sheng is responsible for addressing the security challenges of enterprises in Asia Pacific. A 15-years veteran in IT security, Richard works with customers, partners and industry representatives to understand their unique security challenges, like advanced cyber threats and cloud computing. Through engagements of cloud & virtualization security and risk management projects, Richard has developed market insights and best practices that have benefited enterprises in the region. Prior to this role, Richard was the Director of Server Business Group at Microsoft Taiwan, where he initiated Taiwan Private Cloud Alliance to accelerate the promises of private cloud, through joint development of reference architectures across server, storage, networking, and systems management suppliers.
Dr. Chawapol Jariyawiroj is the Country Manager for VMware in Thailand and IndoChina. He is responsible for the overall performance of VMware’s operations in Thailand and IndoChina including sales, marketing, services and channels.
